The Platform and its services, content, and functionalities (the "Service") are operated by FINONYM Innovate Integrate Accelerate ("FINONYM"). For the purposes of these Terms, "you" and "your" refer to users of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to receive all communications and notices from us electronically. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue the use of the Platform and the Services. If you access or use the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, your business or legal entity is legally and financially responsible for your access to and use of the Platform and Services, including use by any affiliated employees or agents.
The FINONYM Platform serves as a digital platform for the registration and booking of various services offered by Service Providers from within its registered network.
Users must provide accurate and truthful information when accessing, browsing, or registering on the website. Providing false details, including but not limited to name, age, address, email ID, or mobile number, may constitute an offense. FINONYM reserves the right to report any person supplying false information to the relevant authorities.
As per the Indian Contract Act, 1872, individuals "incompetent to contract," including minors and un-discharged insolvents, are not authorized to use the website. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms.
If you breach these Terms, FINONYM reserves the right to take legal or other actions against you, including but not limited to denying or revoking access to the Platform and referring violations to the appropriate authorities.
We may update these Terms by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of the Platform and Services after any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Capitalized terms in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:
“Account” means the account created on the FINONYM Platform to access/use one or more of the Services.
“Affiliate” refers to any entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with another entity.
“Administrator” refers to users with authority to apply for an Account, access the Services, manage an Account, or otherwise act on behalf of a legal entity User.
“Clients” are Users who use the Services to generate or execute contracts, manage payroll, comply with local labor laws, engage with Service Providers, or avail any other incidental services offered on the Platform.
“Confidential Information” refers to any tangible and intangible information obtained or disclosed, including business data, trade secrets, and proprietary information.
“Disputes” are disagreements between Users regarding performance of or payment for services rendered via the Platform.
“Employees” are Users who perform services for Clients and receive payments through the Platform
“Independent Contractor Agreement” refers to the agreement executed between Independent Contractors and Clients for services offered.
We make the Platform and the Services available to Users above the age of 18 (eighteen) years or such age of majority as may be applicable under the laws of the User’s local jurisdiction. Users must be human—automated accounts are not permitted. Users may not maintain more than one Account at a time. FINONYM reserves the right to deactivate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
We make the Platform and the Services available to Users above the age of 18 (eighteen) years or older or such age of majority as may be applicable under the laws of the User’s local jurisdiction. If you are below the age of 18 (eighteen) or the age of majority under the local laws applicable to you, you may not create an Account or use the Services. You must be a human to open an Account. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted. You may not maintain more than one Account at a time. By applying for an Account and using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of a legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements under the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not access or use the Services or apply for an Account. Multiplier may deactivate your Account and refuse to provide the Services to anyone for any reason at any time if it is discovered that such User does not fulfil the requirements of this Section 3 and may suspend or terminate your use of the Services without prior notice to you.
Applying for an Account To apply for an Account, users must provide accurate personal or business details as required by FINONYM. Failure to do so may result in account rejection or termination.
Account Security Users are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of their Accounts. In the event of unauthorized access, users must notify FINONYM immediately.
